Viewing Received Registrations

All of the captured registrations for events, classes, on-line questionnaires and forms are captured in a single place for simplicity. A red flag will appear when you are logged in as the administrator showing you when you have new registrations to be handled. Depending on your site configuration, this flag may appear across the top of the web-site also.

When logged in as an administrator, you can also select “Calendar & Events” followed by “View Event Responses or Registrations”.

Using this interface you can either look at registrations recently received across all event definitions, or you can focus in on registrations for a particular event or activity.

If you select registrations for "all events", you will see a view like the one below.

You can sort any of these columns by clicking on the heading of the appropriate column. You can also click on the event name or the class name the jump to a list of registrants for that particular class. The flags down the right hand column are used to keep track of registrations.

Flags that are Red represent registrations that have not yet been handled
Flags that are Green have been handled and these will no longer show up in the "New" registration counter.

You can click on the flag to toggle the status from red to green or not handled to handled and back again.

For Class registrations you will see the name (usually expressed as a time description) as shown above. For registration events not of type "event_class" the Class field will be empty.

From this interface an administrator cam view, edit or delete a registration record.

The icon to the left of the "Registrant / Date" column will appear only if the Clublink integration is enabled. If enabled clicking on this field will show the Clublink exchange record that can be cut and pasted into Clublink.
