Using our Web Mail

Top  Previous  Next

Your NeatClubs.COM service provides access to your e-mail from any internet browser. To access your from the web, you must first request that NeatWorx setup a “native e-mail account” for you.  Advanced users can this themselves using the PLESK interface, also provided with our service.

The default url to access web-based e-mail will be of the form:

http://webmail.mycompany.com

The webmail package used by NeatWorx for our customers is called Horde.  This is a feature rich web mail package that is highly configurable. When you access your web-based mail,  you will see the Horde e-mail login screen shown below.

You may log-in using your e-mail address and password provided to you by NeatWorx. You may use this interface to both send and receive internet e-mail from an address reflective of your organizations domain name.

Your e-mail address will generally work as your username. You may also enter only your username without the domain suffix.  If you have any difficulties, please contact nw_support@neatworx.com and we can help set this up for you.

Once you login in to Horde, you will see your e-mail as shown below.  Use "Options" to setup your mail, and select the items on the left panel to explore your mail setup.  (some private information below as been removed)

A full description of Horde e-mail is beyond the scope of this documentation. A good source of help about how to use Horde e-mail is available at the Horde Project Wiki.

You will almost certainly want to use the Options feature to control the appearance of your e-mail.

You can use web e-mail concurrently with other interfaces to your mail including Microsoft Outlook.  You may also configure devices such as RIM Blackberry's or Apple iPod/iTouch/iPads or iPhones to access your mail directly from your mobile device.
