Transferring Funds to your Bank Account |

One "down-side" of the PayPal standard merchant service, is that it requires you to transfer money yourself periodically to your business bank account as opposed to doing transfers automatically. As on-line payment is received for events, payment will collect in your PayPal account until such a time as you transfer the funds. Please note that payment by credit card will generally become available for transfer immediately whereas payment via customer PayPal accounts will be treated as any other check would be treated - these transactions will be in a pending state until the financial transaction clears through the authorizing financial institution. To see your balance, log into your PayPal account using your merchant account login ID and password, and click on the “My Account” Tab to see the money available in your PayPal on-line merchant account.
Click on the “Withdraw” menu option under “My Account” and the “Transfer to Bank Account” pull-down to move the money collect on-line to your business bank account. Since PayPal already knows your business bank account details, this is a very quick process.
Congratulations - if you've completed this process, you should have seen your funds received via on-line payment arrive in your business bank account.
