Sometimes you will need to change key session dates after a session has already been setup.
For example:
| • | You may need to add an "exclude date" reflecting a closure date you had not through of previously |
| • | You may need to change the start date for a particular class |
NeatClubs.COM provides a mechanism to change the start date, duration in weeks and the exclude dates common to all classes through a single interface.
This saves the need to edit classes one by one.
Access this function by selecting "Calendar & Events" / "Class & Session Functions" / "Setup Key Session Dates"
- Next, select the year and session that you would like to change in terms of class start dates or exclude dates as shown below
After you select the year and session and press the Submit key, the screen shown below will appear. Please ensure that you enter these dates careful. Once you press Save Changes, every class / event in the select year and session will be updated to reflect these changes. There is no "un do"
Exclude dates are sensitive to the day of week. For example, if you specify an exclude date that falls on a Monday, only the Monday classes will be affected.
