Deciding what Photo Groups to include in your Gallery To configure what photo collections are displayed in the photo gallery, select “System Setup”, “Categories & Definitions”, “Gallery Groups”. Check the boxes beside the photo galleries that you want to have visible, and click the submit button.
You should see a message appear near the top of the screen saying “Photo Gallery Settings were saved”. After this, when people view the Photo Gallery in Gallery mode, they will see only your selected collection of photos. There is also a convenience link shown below that appears on the photo gallery itself when the administrator is logged in.
