The four views of class schedules showing all classes in a year and session available in NeatClubs.COM are:
Examples of each schedule type are provided below.
The Class Summary schedule shows the class name and synopsis, the age range, the text description of the fee/cost, and the available class times as entered in the event setup. When the user places their mouse over the class time they will see a pop-up indicating whether slots are available and they can click on the class time to continue with registration (assuming registration is available). By clicking on the program name in the left column, users will be brought to the Individual Program Description showing more information about the class including the week at a glance schedule for that class only.
For a large facility, the weekly view can look dense, but this is a useful way to see what programs are running when. Information in this view is drawn from all events assigned to a given year and session. The color properties are setup at the event level, so it is possible for every event to have a different color background. Website users can click directly on the entry in the schedule to obtain more information or register online (assuming registration is enabled).
The "Class Times Schedule" pictured below makes it easier to spot what classes are occurring at what time. It contains all the same information as the view above, but switches the vertical and horizontal axes and groups the classes by name.
This view is the same as the Individual Program Description, however it lists all of the programs one after the other for a given year and session. The order presented will depend on the display sequence entered in the event setup with lower number sequence values appearing first.
