Configuring your E-Mail Accounts with PLESK
For users of NeatClubs / NeatWorx who need to have full control of their e-mail, you may contact support@neatworx.com to arrange direct access to your e-mail configuration via the PLESK interface. PLESK is a leading control panel interface developed by SWSOFT used by many internet service providers including NeatWorx. Through the PLESK interface you will have full access to configure your own e-mail as needed. Please note that NeatWorx allows a maximum of 20 e-mail objects. If you require more than 20 e-mail accounts, please contact us for assistance. You may access the PLESK interface for your web-site by accessing the URL below replacing myclub.com with your own internet domain:
You can also access the PLESK interface under the Utility Functions menu under System Setup while logged in as a site administrator.
You will need to have a login and password provided by NeatWorx to access this service. We do not encourage access to the PLESK interface unless requested by our customers since it is possible to do damage to your configuration through this interface.
One you login via PLESK, you will have access to a number of features including configuring databases, accessing DNS configurations and changing your mail configuration.
E-Mail accounts are configured in PLESK via the “Mail” icon in the screen above available once you login to the PLESK interface. Depending on the configuration of your server you may see fewer icons than the set shown above. Using this interface you may create new mail objects including POP3 or IMAP mail accounts, e-mail forwarding accounts or e-mail distribution lists (groups). You may also setup facilities such as auto-responders. A full explanation of the PLESK interface is beyond the scope of this manual, but you may learn more by visiting the internet site:

An example view of some e-mail accounts administered via PLESK is shown above. You can create temporary e-mail addresses, accounts for new users and create auto-responders for times when you are on vacation via the interface above. Auto-responders are useful for businesses since you can respond to your customer immediately and assure them that you have received their e-mail query.
