Recovering Deleted Registrations |

When registrations are deleted, they continue to exist in the database. They are just marked as being deleted. NeatClubs.COM registrations can be deleted in multiple ways:
Deleted registrations are available for recovery by the web-site administrator under "System Setup" / "Utilities" / "Recover Registrations"
Registrations can be recovered by clicking on the "re-cycle icon" to the left of the "Registrant" name . Once recovered, registrants will re-appear automatically in the received registrations listing and will be reflected in class and event registration tallies. Registrations are often tied to a web-site account holder. If the web-site account holder does not exist (possibly because the account holder has also been deleted) registrations can still be recovered, but they will be assigned to the Administrator Account (the account with the first name "Admin" and last name "Account"). If the user with the first name and last name according to "Admin Account" does not exist, the registrations will still exist in the database, but will not be accessible from the web-site. Recovered registrations owned by the site administrator can be re-assigned to different account holders by the administrator by editing the received registration record. When edit received registrations as the administrator, click on the "Change the personal information .." link to change the owner of the registration from the administrator to the proper account holder.
The screen that recovers deleted registrations ( under "System Setup" / "Utilities" / "Recover Registrations") or accessible from the bottom of the received registrations listing is shown below.
