Registrations are normally configured so that they are sent automatically to the administrator by e-mail.
A notification for a registration will look something like the example below except that the e-mail will be "branded" with the club's own logo.
We recommend that all of these e-mails should either be printed or stored in a secure place in case it is necessary to have a backup of all the received registrations on-line.
The same data can be downloaded from the server however by viewing or exporting registrations.
Depending on your system setup, a Clublink record can be attached to the bottom of each incoming notification e-mail that facilitates a quick cut and paste into Clublink.
