A sample program description is shown below. The program title and date ranges are drawn from the name of the event and the session that the class style event is associated with. To associate descriptive dates with a session, select "Categories & Definitions" in the System Setup.
The weekly program schedule is generated automatically based on the entered class times. The Class length is calculated and the age information comes from the class event definition as well. The cost at the bottom of the table reflect the text description of the price configured in the class event setup.
There are several icons available under the weekly schedule for this individual program that link automatically to various views showing all classes in the same year and session.
