NeatClubs.COM provides a simple facility to allow you to send electronic invoices to anyone who is in your member database.  When invoices are sent, a summary view keeps track of invoices and their payment status.  Invoices may be "re-sent" as many times as required to any e-mail address that you'd like.  Partial payments are also supported so that members may pay part of your invoice if they cannot afford the entire amount, and the amounts outstanding will be kept track of.  Receipients can may electronically using any major credit card or via a PayPal account to authorize a transfer of funds directly from their bank account.
