Below are active issues that we are working on resolving (as of December 2008)

Enhancement

Dates in custom forms - currently dates default to the current day making it possible for registrants to skip over required dates when entering data. Suggestion is that for data gathering forms in events we have dates initially blank and provide validation similar to the way that phone numbers are handled.

Multiple

Yes - dates must now be explicitly entered in custom data forms.

Fix / Enhancement

When exporting class lists via Excel, fields are not consistent when exporting a single class vs. all classes in a session. Also, the order of the customized fields are not respecting the order of fields defined in the event setup. Also, rather than simply exporting the numeric stream ID# we would like to include the class descriptive name in the Excel output. (e.g. Monday 9:00AM) - also, some session dumps appear to be picking up registrations not associated with the session

Club Aviva / London

Yes - exports are consistent now and field order is respected. Also a "Class Name" field has been added to the export and this field will be blank for non-class registration types.

2

Enhancement

Currently when showing metrics of visited pages, uploaded files that are linked to directly are excluded from the page view counters. This makes it difficult to know how frequently documents like newsletters (often PDF files) are being viewed. We would like to incorporate uploaded files for directly into the mechanism for viewing uploaded files from the side panel menus, from ads, from lists of features items, document library views etc.

1

Enhancements

Various enhancements required to make dealing with incoming registrations easier:

a) filter by keywords

b) Make all fields sortable in ascending or descending order

c) ensure that registrations are presented in a logical order

d) "popup" dialog should appear for both "per class" views and all registration view.

This is done for classes and singleevent type events now - still need to verify other registration types.

1

Fix

For some class registrations site-wide uplift fees are apparently not being applied resulting in programs being "under-charged"

Gymnastics BC

This has been corrected so that uplift fee is now applied to the baseline cost plus the sum of the three supplementary fields. (the uplift is still not applied to price impact fields)

1

Fix

Kids CanMove event on GMC web-site appears not to list properly

Gymnastics BC

This has been addressed - listing was failing for events of type "sale"

2

Fixes & Enhancements

GBC seeking to pilot the shopping cart functionality with the Kids CanMove program

Gymnastics BC

partially addressed - we would still like to genericize the three sets of parameters further to get rid of references to "Size" and "Color"

2

Enhancement

When the registration deadline comes around for an event, events are disappearing from the events list a little too quickly - a longer grace period is needed to avoid confusion on the part of customers

Gymnastics BC

2

Enhancement / Fix

Currently the email format sent by the system relies on a fixed width - the should allow the formatted width to be dynamically altered up to a reasonable maximum based on the width of the header (up to 900 as an example) - headers that cannot be found should not be printed. Also, the default width currently hard-coded as 600 should be made tailor able in the system setup under Newsletter as an advanced setting.

Multiple

There is a new setting under the E-Mail setup that controls the default width in pixels of a system generated e-mail message or newsletter. The header graphic should not be constrained to fit into this size irrespective of the initial e-mail header graphic width

3

Enhancement

Would like the ability to "publish" or "not publish" calendar items and upcoming events selectively - we could possibly over-load the meaning of an existing field that governs whether items appear in schedules to have this meaning for other types of events in the calendar and upcoming events listing.

2

Enhancement

Need better granularity of payment information for all captured registrations. Rather than simple amount paid we need to break out the baseline fee and various price impacts including cumulative form impacts, taxes and site uplifts.

Multiple

not addressed

2

Fix

Timing windows and vulnerability to dual-bookings - currently it is possible for events to be over-subscribed when two users are registering for the same event concurrently.

Multiple

1

Enhancement

Make it easier to open or close all classes in a session (at the event level) - suggest we do this via the Class Tallies interface as an alternative to doing it through the bulk-editor or modifying classes directly.

Multiple

This has been completed - the Class Tallies function now has links that allow classes to be individually opened or closed.

3

Enhancement

Per selection limits on form fields to accommodate skating style registrations. (provide limit expressions similar to price impact expressions so that the number of registrants that select an option for a particular event can be limited arbitrarily)

Aurora

not addressed

3

Enhancement

Ability to include or exclude selected fields from printed output. (e.g. - it waiver text is included as part of a registration form, we likely want to exclude that field from being printed selectively)

London Gymnastics

not addressed

2

Clarification

Need to clarify "Auto-open to public" registration vs. the use of passwords and make it clear that these are independent concepts

London Gymnastics

not addressed

2

Verification

Need to be sure that password protected classes that are closed to the public because a "block registrations until" date has been reached do not enable a back-door to registration

Club Aviva

not addressed

2

Enhancement

It would be nice to be able trigger re-sending the confirmation e-mail from the received registration list (as an example, when a registrant who had not paid finally does pay)

London Gymnastics

not addressed

2

Enhancement

Class date and time should appear on the class registration screens (to give users more confidence that they are registering for the correct class)

London Gymnastics

not addressed

2

Verification

Need to be sure that the number of registrations when we view registrations for the last 500 days are not being arbitrarily "capped" in some fashion

London Gymnastics

This should be addressed now - new option to show "all" registrations where limitations on returned records are removed.

2

Decisions

Different clubs seem to have different opinions on whether they want the details of governing body verification presented on the payment screen when fees are conditional on membership status with the governing body.

Multiple

not addressed

2

Enhancement

Would like to be able to view and print registration reports by class as well as by program - need to select key fields to be included in such reports

Multiple

Users can now click on the class name to drill in only on registrants for a particular class time.

2

Fix / Verify

Apparent bug in setup key session dates? - does not apply exclude dates properly?

Glacier

not verified

2

To consider

Have the number of weeks of classes appear on summary schedules? - suggest we may want to accomodate this in the price descriptive text as not all clubs may want this

Glacier

not addressed

2

Enhancement

Should expand the information about each class presented on registration to summarize the number of weeks and indicate excluded dates for clarity on the class schedule (should ensure that printed / e-mailed confirmations include the same info

Glacier

not addressed

2

Postal Code

Still appears that Javascript routine in Postal Codes is allowing incorrectly formatted postal codes to be entered (this worked previously so it has regressed somewhere)
