ITSportsNet integration. By June 2009, we need the ability to insert registrations into the ITSportsNet database in accordance with the API provided by ITSportsNet.

Currently, the system blocks a duplicate record being created when a newsletter subscription exists in the member directory and the unique membership key is set to "email" (the default setting) - we require some intelligence in the registration process that handles the following cases.
- e-mail present via a newsletter subscription
- e-mail present, but no allowed login credentials
- e-mail present with an active account to which users are entitled to login into. (this is already handled)

Resource reservations
Resources reservations (commonly used for birthdays) require that the earliest date entered be a Monday since this is how the presented scheduled is expressed. We should trap cases in the event setup where a user attempts to have the Saturday or Sunday of a given week precede the Monday of a given week and flag this as an error.

Enhancement
|
Editor enhancements - we need the ability to save intermediate "drafts" when saving documents. We do not want edits to become visible to site visitors until we are comfortable that edits are done. In the event that a user abandons a document accidentally, they should have the ability to restore from a previously saved draft.

This has been fixed since March 10th - if your last software update was since this time, this issue should be addressed.

In the system setup under Registration settings, currently an administrator needs to manually enter the Member category into which new registrations will be placed by default. It will be nice if the choice of valid categories was presented here to help avoid user error.

This has been addressed - under "Default Membership Group" the member category is now selectable via a pick list

Correction
|
When completing a registration requiring age validation, if an incorrect age is entered, the system fails to remember the non area code portion of phone number fields and the status of check marks requiring users to re-key these values

Deadline time
|
In addition to allowing a deadline date to be expressed for an event, a deadline time is also required so that customers can control the time after which registrations will be considered late. The default of midnight does not work for west coast customers since times in the system are all expressed as Eastern time and 12:00 PM eastern is 9:00 PM pacific.

Location of "Continue buttons"
|
Through the on-line registration process, in places the "Continue >>" buttons are available only at the top of the registration screen. It would be nice if they uniformly appeared at both the top and bottom of the screen

Editor warning
|
Even with the latest WYSIWYG Pro editor there are still issues with specific browsers including IE 8 - The most annoying of these is when attempting to link to documents or events. (this is an editor bug because the same issues manifests itself on the WYSIWYG Pro demo site) - at the very least, a warning message would be useful to advise users of the issue

Restoring screen geometry
|
It would be useful if returning to the home page restored to use preferences for the site layout. Currently when we process registrations the system moves to a "wide" mode where screen geometry floats - if this was not the user-preference it should be restored when the home button is pressed.
