For many types of clubs it is useful to be able to track a registrants level of achievement. For example:
When Level Tracking is enabled in the Club Management Setup, a new menu option will be exposed automatically under the System Setup menu option as shown below.
When level tracking is enabled, a new menu option appears under system setup When level tracking is enabled and the administrator selects "Manage Levels" they will see the screen below. With this interface, users can define their own customized level names and descriptions. They can also associated a "rank" with these levels that indicate the order of progression between levels. Administrators can click on the level, description or rank in the table to directly edit any of these values using a new AJAX user interface.
Interface for defining levels in NeatClubs When level tracking is enabled, the administrator will see additional information about levels when editing class registration records as shown below.

When levels are enabled, registrations made by the administrator will show prior levels completed to simplify assigning a participant to a new level. The interface for generating attendance lists and class lists will similarly provide an option (selected by default) to include levels with class lists to aid instructors in understanding a participants skill level.
