You can enter a user category here. If you type a new user category name it will be added to the list of available user categories automatically.

The meanings of these fields (that are not self-explanatory) are covered below:
Document Property
Explanation
Enable Fast, Ajax Style Document Loading
Often, side panel and top-panel menu items link to NeatClubs documents. Documents that contain simple HTML are candidates for ultra-fast Ajax style page loads whereas more complex documents that embed Flash or Javascript are not . Setting this document property to "Yes" for fast Ajax loads means that for embedded content (implying files with no attachments) you accept that the contents of the page are simple and are cool with Ajax techniques being used to inject content into the web-page thus resulting in an approximate "10 times" performance improvement. This is very much worth doing, so generally "Yes" is the right answer unless you suspect the contents of your document are complex. If you have concern that you are embedding advanced content in the page however, or if you experience problems, "No" is the safer answer. We have assumed "No" making this a particularly important setting for review.
Include in listings
If enabled, documents will appear by default in the simple listings subject to file permissions.
Searchable in Google
If enabled, the web-site will proactively include this page in the Google searchable sitemap
Featured document
If Featured Documents are enabled, enabling this checkbox will result in this document being included as a Featured Document on the side panel.
Print page icon
If enabled, a convenient "Print" icon will be displayed on each content page and selected system generated pages to create a print friendly view of the page
Scroll bars
This controls what happens when content on the page is too wide to fit in the center column width specified in the Preferences / Appearance settings. Normally content will be "clipped". If scroll bars are enabled, users will be able to scroll through the center panel to see wide content.
Suppress Left Column
If set to yes, when the document is displayed the left column will be suppressed. It will be up to the document designer to make sure that there are navigation links since the side panel menu will not be shown.
Suppress Right Column
If set to yes, when the document is displayed the right column will be suppressed for this document only.
Suppress Page Specific CSS
If enabled, site-wide CSS (cascading style sheet content) configured in the Advanced CSS customization will be suppressed for this page only. This is useful if you have unique content on a page that is not appropriate to show with the regular site-wide CSS style.
Over-ride background color
A hexadecimal number (e.g. "#ff0000") or written color ("Red") can be included to provide a background color for this document that differs from the rest of the site. Please exercise caution when doing this - it is easy to create terrible looking pages using this feature!
Height after which to scroll
This setting is valid only if scroll bars are enabled. This controls the vertical height in pixels to allow for the document display before scroll bars are enabled in the vertical direction. This is useful if you don't want a long content to artificially elongate your site in the vertical direction.

Header height for this page
You can customize the header height for this page if different than the system-wide default. If a value of zero is entered the system default configured under "Appearance" will be assumed. It is up to the site designer to make sure that the header graphic or header document specific to this page fits in the allocated vertical space.
