Auto-responders and vacation messages in NeatClubs can be configured using the PLESK interface. PLESK is a commercial web-site management tool. If you do not have a username and password for PLESK you can contact support@neatworx.com to obtain one. The steps are: 1. Connect using a browser to port 8443 on your website. For example, if your website name is "myclub.com", connect to: 2. You may see some warnings about certificates not being valid or the site not being secure. This is normal when an SSL certificate has not been purchased for the domain. You can safely ignore these warnings in the browser and proceed to the site anyway. 3. When you see the PLESK login street, login using your PLESK username and password. 4. After logging, click "Home" in the General area at the top left of the screen 5. In the lower area of the main panel, click on the name of the domain you want to make changes for. Most customers will have only one domain listed here. 6. In the "Services" area, select E-mail 7. Next, click on the underlined name of the e-mail account that you want to create an auto-responder for 8. Select "auto-responders" 9. From the next screen you can add, remove, enable or disable one or more automated responders for your account. Please click "Help" in the left panel of the PLESK interface for details in case it is not obvious what to do next. When generating auto-responders, we strongly advise that in the "Limits" section, the "Reply to the unique e-mail address not more than" setting should be set to 3 or less. Otherwise auto-responders become a nuisance to people who frequently send you mail or lists that you subscribe to.
