Under Color and Typeface Setup you can define color schemes and select the active color scheme.

More information about color schemes is included here.

You can provide a list of typefaces  in order of preference to display. Not all browsers will support all typefaces and it is important that the typefaces names match exactly those available on a client operating system. (Looking at available fonts in Microsoft Word is a good way to see the list of Fonts on Windows operating systems.

After changing typefaces, you will need to "re-apply the color scheme" since typefaces are stored in the CSS file (http://sitename.com/css/layout/css generated by NeatClubs.COM when you apply a color scheme

The Footer bar settings control the web-site footer.

The footer can be turned on or off. For most sites it should be on. Normally a login link appears on the footer. If the footer is turned off, it will appear below where the footer would normally appear instead.

You may also inject content from documents to appear above or below the footer. These documents can be used to create your own footers either inside or outside the normal site display area. This allows for almost complete flexibility in site customization.

A number of other Yes/No settings explain various operations related to the footer.
