Custom text can also be inserted in these acknowledgement screens specific to the activity that was registered for.
The footnote at the bottom of this screen is simply providing assurance that the payment transaction has been completed. (In this case PayPal actually dynamically advised our website that payment was required before the user was navigated back to the site automatically)
